¿Quién, cómo, dónde y cuándo se evalúa el aprendizaje-servicio? Una revisión sistemática

Resumen

Este trabajo de investigación surge de la necesidad de desarrollar sistemas de evaluación más sólidos y coherentes, que faciliten una evaluación efectiva de las experiencias de aprendizaje-servicio (ApS) en el ámbito universitario, con el propósito de fomentar la formación de profesionales comprometidos con la transformación y el bienestar de la sociedad. Para colaborar a cubrir esa necesidad, este estudio presenta una revisión sistemática de los sistemas de evaluación utilizados para medir los resultados de aprendizaje en experiencias de ApS en entornos universitarios. Se analizaron un total de 56 artículos seleccionados siguiendo los criterios elaborados por la declaración PRISMA y utilizando las bases de datos de WoS, Scopus y Eric. Los resultados obtenidos en este trabajo arrojan luz a la comunidad educativa sobre cómo se están evaluando las experiencias de ApS en el contexto universitario. Asimismo, permiten orientar la futura acción docente señalando aquellos elementos referidos a los resultados de aprendizaje, criterios, técnicas, agentes y tipos de evaluación empleados en estas experiencias. Se detectan algunos sistemas evaluativos incompletos y también algunas incoherencias. Se concluye que, pese a los esfuerzos observados, existen áreas de mejora en los sistemas de evaluación.

Ariane Díaz-Iso, Universidad de Deusto

Ariane Díaz Iso Doctora en Educación por la Universidad de Deusto y máster en Estudios Avanzados en Lenguaje, Comunicación y sus Patologías por la Universidad de Salamanca. Actualmente es profesora en el Departamento de Educación de la Facultad de Educación y Deporte de la Universidad de Deusto, donde imparte asignaturas en el Grado de Educación Primaria y Ciencias de la Actividad Física y del Deporte. Su investigación se centra en la innovación docente, el desarrollo y evaluación de competencias en la educación superior y los métodos de enseñanza-aprendizaje relacionados con el humanismo y la sostenibilidad. 

Luana Ferreira-Lopes, Universidad de Deusto

Luana Ferreira-Lopes Silva Doctora en Educación por la Universidad de Deusto y máster en Aprendizaje a lo Largo de la Vida por la Aarhus University y la Universidad de Deusto. Además, cuenta con un diploma de posgrado en Gestión Empresarial por la Escuela de Administración de Empresas de São Paulo (EAESP), y es licenciada en Pedagogía por la Universidad de São Paulo. Es miembro de la Facultad de Educación y Deporte y de la Unidad de Innovación Docente de la Universidad de Deusto en Bilbao, España. Sus intereses de investigación incluyen metodologías innovadoras de enseñanza-aprendizaje, desarrollo de la competencia intercultural, COIL/intercambio virtual y aprendizaje basado en competencias.

Marian Alaez, Universidad de Deusto

Marian Alaez Profesora titular en la Universidad de Deusto, posee un doctorado en Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales. Imparte docencia en la Facultad de Derecho, en asignaturas como Introducción a la Economía en el grado de Derecho y Gestión Estratégica en la Especialidad Económica. Ha desempeñado los cargos de Vicedecana de Estudiantes e Identidad y Misión y de responsable de Calidad en la misma Facultad. Ha sido miembro de la Comisión de Calidad y de la de Identidad y Misión de la Universidad, así como de la Unidad de Innovación Docente. Actualmente es adjunta al Vicerrectorado de Investigación y Relaciones Internacionales, para el área de Relaciones Internacionales. Su investigación se centra en la innovación educativa. 

María José Bezanilla, Universidad de Deusto

María José Bezanilla Doctora en Educación por el Institute of Education de la University of London, es profesora titular en el Departamento de Educación de la Universidad de Deusto. Actualmente coordina el programa de doctorado en Educación de la Facultad de Educación y Deporte. Como miembro del equipo de investigación eDucaR, participa en proyectos de investigación y cuenta con numerosas publicaciones sobre pensamiento crítico, uso de TIC en la educación superior y desarrollo y evaluación de competencias. Combina su labor docente e investigadora con responsabilidades de gestión en la Unidad de Innovación Docente de la universidad, con especial enfoque en publicaciones y desarrollo de competencias transversales.
